- An unticketed flight reservation with a live PNR. It is not a paid ticket, has no e-ticket number and is not a boarding document.
- Price

- Booking and delivery
- Booking online takes a few minutes. Our team then issues the reservation and emails it: Standard within 1–6 hours or Flexible within 6–12 hours.
- Validity
- Your order shows a 14-day window in your account, counted from when you order. That window is our record, not the airline's: the airline decides how long the reservation itself stays active and can cancel it at any time. Check its current status on the airline's Manage Booking page.
- If your flight can't be issued
- Availability varies by airline and route. If we can't issue your chosen flight as a verifiable reservation, we'll email you the alternatives we can offer before issuing anything. Nothing changes without your approval, and if none suits you, you get a full refund.
- Verification
- While it is active, the airline booking reference in the reservation we email you can be checked with the passenger's surname on the airline's Manage Booking page. Each airline, embassy and border authority decides for itself whether and how to check it.
- Changes
- To change your travel dates, contact support first to confirm availability and any applicable charge. If your reservation has an error we made, we correct it; if details were entered wrongly, we re-issue at cost where the airline allows it. Contact support
- Refunds
- Full refund if we cannot issue it, you decline the alternatives we offer when your chosen flight can't be issued, it does not arrive and we cannot deliver it within 24 hours of you telling us, it contains an error we made, its PNR cannot be retrieved on the airline's Manage Booking page when we deliver it, or you are charged twice. You can also cancel for a full refund before it is issued.
